An attractive office is more than just a place to work: it is a place of identification, social relations and a reflection of corporate culture.
For this reason, office design is essentially geared to the needs of the employees. A workshop was held in the run-up to the project to identify different needs and requirements, which were then incorporated into the design concept.
The newly designed rooms convey the brand identity of Ogilvy and support different working methods: Depending on their activities, the team works together in the project zone and lounge or at well-shielded individual workstations.
