LIFE IS A RIDE

Even in times like these we would like to inspire you; from home office to home office so to speak. We show you what mountain bikers should know and observe now.

Biking in the Corona crisis: Do it or leave it?

Basically, we should not forget that a part of life goes on, given the sometimes very dramatic presentation of the development and frequent mixing of arguments. And we should also not forget that exercise and sport are important for both physical and mental well-being. As long as it is not prohibited, we advocate keeping fit and healthy.

Some rules
  • Falling is forbidden
  • Do not leave your comfort zone: no jumps, no stunts
  • Avoid difficult trails, especially for beginners
  • Do not drive in groups, max. two persons with sufficient distance
  • Alpine terrain and bike parks are taboo until further notice
  • Takes responsibility, also for other bikers
  • Drive safe and stay healthy

Stay safe

  • Never without helmet and gloves
  • Protectors with small packing size for the downhill runs
  • Check the bike before riding (brakes, tyres etc.)
  • Know the trail: get information online
  • Take the First Aid Pack with you
  • Pack in snacks
