We take our social responsibility seriously and accompany twelve young people to their apprenticeship diploma in 3D design, graphic design and business administration. To ensure quality and to improve, we have been certified as an apprenticeship company by Great Place to Work.

We received above-average feedback from our Next Gen in the survey on supervision, the training plan and the corporate culture, which makes us very happy. For example, 100% would recommend Aroma as a training company. In addition to a lot of praise, we also received suggestions for improvement, which we will be happy to address.
