An existing office space was to be transformed into a future-oriented work environment with a clear identity and diverse functional zones
A holistic concept combining architecture, design, and custom-made elements created a work environment that harmoniously unites functionality, atmosphere, and design
Aroma transformed an existing rental space into a future-oriented working environment. Across 2,690 m², tailor-made spaces were created that offer an atmospheric setting with a clear identity.
The reconceptualisation of the office space included feasibility study, planning and implementation. Five distinct areas were each given their own colour and design concept, resulting in a variety of work zones, lounges, meeting rooms, focus rooms and individual offices that together create a harmonious overall impression.
The project comprised a comprehensive colour, material, lighting, spatial and furnishing concept, integrating existing furniture where possible. In addition, Aroma was responsible for design project management, coordination of building services, and the integration of branding and visual identity into the overall concept. Through 3D visualisations and an accompanying film, the new working environment was made tangible even before completion.

Particular attention was given to the custom-designed carpentry furniture, planned in-house to ensure a consistent design language. An architectural highlight is the oak spiral staircase, which serves as a central design elementshaping the space. It is complemented by a specially developed pendant light for the focus rooms, combining functionality and design.
