Design and implement two sponsorship appearances for Zalando at the LAAX OPEN 2026 – on the mountain and in the valley
Two independent brand experiences that translate Zalando’s presence into the world of snow sports: playful, precisely staged, right in the middle of the action
The LAAX OPEN 2026 presented by Zalando, and right in the middle of it all: two brand experiences that we designed and implemented for Zalando. No classic sponsorship banners. Instead, spaces that invite, surprise, and linger in the memory. The task: to bring to life a brand that stands for style, choice, and spontaneity – in the midst of a snow sports context.
The Zalando Anytime Market was created on Crap Sogn Gion, at over 2,200 meters above sea level. The reference: the classic supermarket. The reality: a completely unique little world. Refrigerators full of clothes and accessories instead of milk and yogurt. A lottery station. A telephone that gave access to the vending machine via a code. A claw machine with grand prizes. And in the center: a cashier desk that served as a DJ booth in the evening. The market became a meeting place – lively, playful, consistent with the vibe of the event.
In the Valley, the Zalando Anytime Service Station continued the presentation. Right next to the wax station, where visitors could have their skis or snowboards waxed, a converted container served as a flexible brand platform. It provided space for product presentations, spontaneous encounters, and the opportunity to have your own board, skis, or helmet tagged live by an artist. Two different locations, one continuous idea.
