TRANSFORMATION

In close cooperation with Axpo, a new spatial concept was developed that creates an inspiring and collaborative working environment. Architectural interventions have transformed the formerly sober atmosphere into a welcoming and dynamic environment that emphasises the motto "Work & Connect".

An innovative zoning concept, different colour worlds, high-quality materials and an intelligent lighting concept create unique spatial worlds that offer opportunities for retreat and new perspectives. The reception area was expanded and impresses with a curved ceiling element reminiscent of the new Axpo logo. Long office corridors were transformed into modern collab spaces with a serendipity bar, and the former staff restaurant became a popular spot with a leafy seating island and tree. Inside and outside, numerous seating options and lounges were created to promote a versatile and lively atmosphere. A well thought-out signage concept provides orientation and connection throughout the building. The project demonstrates the successful interplay of architectural planning and design, which positively influences the working atmosphere and cooperation of the employees. This will serve as a groundbreaking example for future projects that want to combine design and sustainability.
