At treibhaus, young talents become professionals for communication in the digital and real space in one year. They start as trainees in a partner agency in Switzerland or Germany. At the same time, the young talents are trained at treibhaus by experts in the industry. Workshop culture, co-creation and practical know-how characterise the collaborative learning methods at treibhaus.
