From learning aficionado to knowledge freak

Swisscom developed the learning experience platform SKILLup to strengthen employer commitment and promote life-long learning. Tutorials, articles, podcasts, webinars and much more are now available to employees on one platform. Aroma Creative developed and implemented the internal launch campaign in collaboration with the One Swisscom Academy.

All Swisscom channels - digital and analogue - were covered under the campaign motto "hoch hinaus" (high up).

To kick off the campaign, employees were sent a mailing to their homes. The message "grow high together" was printed on wildflower seed paper. A large number of employees also responded to the invitation to share pictures of flower growth.

By the end of the year, posters at touchpoints and wallboards as well as banners on the digital platforms will be activated. Intranet stories, blog posts and video messages as well as internal ambassadors sensitise and motivate for the topic of Life Long Learning. The SKILLup Community on MS Teams serves as a dialogue platform for feedback and exchange of experiences.
